Black Noah is the private aircraft carrier used by Rugal Bernstein, which appears as his boss stage in many of the games that he appears in.
The layout is that of a stereotypical villain's lair, with portraits of Rugal, screens, computers and a holographic globe (ostensibly representing Rugal's aims of world domination).
