I was gone for a few days with no explanation. Well, my computer had once more broken down. This time, though, it wasn't as threatening as last time, so all my files are intact and I will resume work on my Mugen content (And other stuff, of course). A pretty small blog post, I know, but I felt the need to say where I was these past few days.

Remember a long time ago, I told you all that EarthBound would be getting a lot of love out of the upcoming Nintendo vs. Capcom game? Well, I think it's about time I present to you what I mean.
A long time back, this stage was...well anyways, here's the new look. Like it? We took a template of another stage known as "Infinite Air", so major kudos to that stage! (If you haven't seen it, it's amazing for anyone who likes original stages!) But we basically took that stage and ripped it off made it so that it fits the EarthBound level of awesomeness! So that you know, this is not the finished product (the stage I mean), and honestly, neither is Ness himself. Which is why I'm happy to announce not ONLY Magicant, but also...

Nintendo vs. Capcom: Upcoming Trailer IS CONFIRMED!!!
Hey everyone, CRAZY NEWS!!! Animators over at the Hyun's Dojo (Animators of One Minute Melee) have agreed (and are very happy) to work on an upcoming trailer for Nintendo vs. Capcom! It's unknown when exactly we'll be releasing this, but all I can say at the very moment is that a trailer is officially confirmed.

Getting back into MUGEN/Edd (Eddsworld) MUGEN project
It's been a year since I last coded in MUGEN, and I'm thinking of getting into the swing of it, again.
For my first project, I'm doing Edd from Eddsworld.
I plan to have two soundpacks, the Edd Gould soundpack and the Tim Hautekiet soundpack.

For those of you spying on the bone zone, you'd know that Sans's main gimmick is placing Gaster Blasters and firing them off all at once, whilst keeping the opponent from hitting them to destroy them. You can set up a total of five blasters at a time, and they can only be set up whilst on the ground, not whilst crouching or in the air.
- Gaster Blaster - Set up
Sans summons a Gaster Blaster in front of him, up to five at a time. Can be hit by the opponent, destroying it.
- Gaster Blaster - Fire
Sans sets off all the blasters around the stage at once, which then disappear.

When FourthRhyme Released his papyrus i was excited to play as him but when i tried to test him out this Pallete error happens when MUGEN opens (the fighter factory i am using is FF3) The def files has the exact pallette in the files of papyrus. (this program FF3 doesnt seem to work for some reason to read the pallette on some characters)

Hello, is a Gaz.
Basically, I've recently discovered a character of Steven Universe in Mugen. It is one of the worst excuses for a fighter I have ever seen.
As I'm trying to improve, I've decided to fix this damn mess.
What is changed:
- Added actual hitboxes
- Hypers are mostly fixed
- Fixed character portrait and some other sprites
- The laser hyper is no longer OP
What I couldn't do:
- Fixing the pallete problem
- Make the Hypers no longer get power back
- Proper victory portrait
Long story short: It's still shit, but the smell is gone.

Nintendo vs Capcom: Roy
If you couldn't guess, this is Roy. And of course will be making a grand entrance as a fully fleshed fighter in Nintendo vs. Capcom! Roy is known to be a second to Marth in terms of polularity alongside Ike, Robin, Lucina, Lyndis (Who is also appearing, and is/can be Roy's mom!), Chrom, and of course Corrin.
Roy replaces his own father to go out and seeks peace to the opposing sides of whomever dare attack his homeland as well as protecting those he has promised his life to, such as the beautiful and young teen Lilina. (Whom to the fanbase is the best love intrest for Roy, as clearly shown in game). But enough about how awesome he is...LET'S GO INTO WHAT HE CAN DO!!!!

After checking the current poll on my userpage, I realized I accidentally put Fassad from Mother 3 as one of the options, who hasn't been made for Mugen. Well, that is until now. No, I'm not announcing I'm making him, but rather something... larger; A Mother-based fullgame, where Fassad (Miracle Fassad) is a playable character, although he has been nerfed from his bossfight in Mother 3. I won't spoil too much or give a screenshot of the current roster, but I'll share the following:
1. The game is centered around the needles from Mother 3
2. Each character has their own intro/ending, sort of like a story
3. Once the game is released, a character pack containing every character from the fullgame will be posted

Undyne palette template
After Frisk and Sans, I'll create Undyne. Not Undyne the Undying or her regular armored version, rather without armor, meaning she'll have less defence than an average character.
But we aren't here to discuss how Undyne will play, but instead... Palettes. Y'know, providing the blog post title didn't already give it away. I've decided that, akin to Ricepigeon's characters, Undyne will have colour separation. This of course means it'll take a bit longer to edit the sprites, but seeing as the coding phase isn't to be started before Frisk and Sans have been released, it isn't too much of a hassle. And yes, Undyne will also be Drowin-styled, despite Sans not being Drowin styled (Frisk is tho, so sue me).

Sunset Shimmer for M.U.G.E.N. W.I.P.
After watching the first Equestria Girls movie, loved it, just like the other two movies, I thought it would be a good idea to make human Sunset Shimmer for MUGEN, so why not? Of course, she will be based on her first appearace, as a meanie.
With custom sprites in both Warner and Botchan-MLP style, as she's not that hard to sprite, though her head is kind of hard to sprite...

Differences Between Casual Mode and Competitive Mode
Hello everyone! I am here to explain some things about Casual and Competitive modes for Nintendo vs. Capcom, as of recently, I have recieved a lot of questions about what makes both versions diffrent. Well anyways, allow me to explain!
- Will have unlockable content, characters, stages, exc.
- Card Valt! This is an exclusive thing for NvC. If you like Trophies in Smash Bros, then you'll love these!
- and finally... Story Mode! I'll explain that in a later blog.
- No unlockable anything, it's all avalable for you from the get go!
- Frame Data Cards! This is exclusive to this version, it shows how many frames an attack does/ hitboxes/ exc.
- Online Mode! Nuff said

Frisk's assists have been decided

Recently, I held a poll for who Frisk's assists/helpers would be. The results were... lackluster, but I have decided on who will be Frisk's assists! Here is who they are and what they'll do. Oh, and by the way, Genocide Frisk won't have assist for obvious reasons, although you can still use them when using any 'Chara' palettes of normal Frisk since it only changes the intro.

Paper Mario preview thing
Since I've not shone much light on many of my WIPs, I figured I'd do so here. Why here instead of MFFA? I... don't know, actually.
So as many of you know, Ermac Won's Paper Mario is a bit lackluster and buggy. So, I decided to take it upon myself to fix that (If you couldn't guess). I've made novel progress if I say so myself, but am more focusing on the partners right now as to get those out of the way. MK64 Japanese Wario Soundpack
Because I have the Japanese version of Mario Kart 64, and the MK64 sounds in Great Wario were in the English version, I decided to make this: A Japanese Wario soundpack. He also comes with an AIR file (for the intros to look normal), a DEF file (for the files) and a palette that resembles his MK64 appearance.
Could probably do this to other characters too, but Wario is a good start. I really don't know if somebody else did this, but who cares?

Making A Recall, Please Understand Mates

Remember the 70+ characters I SAID were gonna be in the game? Well... not anymore. I decided to limit the roster to a officiant 48 characters and nothing more because I (and others) not only wish to get this project finished, but also work on other projects while making this one better as we go. WE ARE STILL RELEASING THE GAME, DON'T PANIC!! Another reason for the recall is that I wish to not spend forever in development hell with this, and drag down others with me.
