The Carousel Boutique is a fashion shop in Ponyville run by Rarity who designs dresses for events such as the Grand Galloping Gala. Outfits of all kinds are designed here, all being of high quality in design. It is featured in a few episodes.
In M.U.G.E.N, it has been converted from the fan game "My Little Pony: Fighting is Magic" by RockRage8962. It was soon edited to be compatible with M.U.G.E.N 1.1 by Yoshian12 who added Zoom settings to it.
