Central Highway is the intro stage in the Mega Man X series and also in Mega Man Maverick Hunter X. This is the stage where the player first meets Vile and Zero.

In M.U.G.E.N, Central Highway been made by Eternaga and Dissidia.

Eternaga's version

Eternaga's version is based on Mega Man X for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. It shows Vile wearing Ride Armour in a helicarrier that occasionally flies around, and a destroyed Bee Blader  that actually appears as a mini-boss in the intro stage.

Dissidia's version

Dissidia's version is based off Central Highway in the remake of Mega Man X for the PSP. This stage has more Bee Bladers flying through the skies. There may be vehicles passing through in the foreground and vehicles in the background. There are is another DEF file included in the file. The original, and a version where the stage boundary is lowered.
