Cosmo the Seedrian, or simply Cosmo, is a character from the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise, where she exclusively appears in the anime series, Sonic X. Capable of emphasizing and communicating with plants, she is a young girl and the sole survivor of the plant-like alien species called the Seedrians, after their home-world was destroyed by the villainous Metarex.
Born and raised on a space colony, Cosmo lived peacefully alongside her family, until the Metarex arrived and destroyed everything. Despite successfully managing to escape, the Metarex planted a tracking device on her, allowing them to hear and see everything that she did upon its activation. Landing on Earth, Cosmo joined Sonic the Hedgehog and his friends in their war to fight against the Metarex and their ambitions for universal dominance. She becomes attached to Tails, due to them both being of the same age, and the two gradually develop romantic feelings for each other. In the series' penultimate episode, she sacrifices herself to definitively defeat the Metarex, much to Tails' dismay. Cosmo suffers with low self-esteem, often feeling guilt and anger for being unable to save her species, which Tails helps her overcome. Strongly disliking violence, Cosmo is kind and gentle, being quite resourceful despite her somewhat clumsy nature.

Mugenfan's first version
Usually, the first version ever to be made for a particular character lacks a moveset and is very basic. This is no exception, but the gameplay-unrelated quality of the character partially makes up for it.
Mugenfan's second version
Sometimes, combining versions of characters to make another do not work out very well. This is a good example of said statement, since more bugs were discovered and it was made unbalanced to the point of being slightly cheap. However, it sports some bug fixes from the previous version and many gameplay-unrelated improvements, so it isn't all that bad.
Pingurules' first version
Pingurules' Cosmo uses his own unique style; weak in direct combat, but combo-heavy and fast. One will have to use moves precisely to best the opponent, as this Cosmo is not the strongest of characters.
Pingurules' second version
Cosmo returns again after a year with an expanded moveset and better looking visuals in some aspects. It is quite a major improvement in quality over the first, not that the first was bad to begin with, but she retains her fragility, so one has to be careful when using her else she gets knocked out rather quick.
