Cut Man is one of the original Robot Masters from the Mega Man series, appearing in the first installment. He is typically depicted as cunning and stubborn, usually somewhat aware of his surroundings and not tending to listen to others.

Cut Man was originally created as an assistant robot by Dr. Light, specifically in deforestation, but was later reprogrammed by Dr. Wily to conquer the world, alongside others similar. He wields the Rolling Cutter, two circular scissor-like blades that can be thrown similarly to a boomerang, and alongside this was designed lightweight with fast, agile, and resistant movement.

In M.U.G.E.N, Cut Man has been created by various authors. Many of these versions base him off of his appearances in Mega Man 8 and the arcade spinoffs The Power Battle and The Power Fighters; Excursion's version, on the other hand, is a more stylized character created for the Super Marvel vs. Capcom: Eternity of Heroes full game, and has also been edited by O Ilusionista for the Mega Man: Robot Master Mayhem full game.

Excursion's version

Created in the style of the Marvel vs. Capcom games, this version of Cut Man has well-usable, projectile-reliant (and misattributed) Specials and fast-striking Hypers, alongside some help from Guts Man. His sub-par Attack and Defence stats may not make him the sharpest, but a somewhat-rounded A.I. may want to make him so.
