This is the stage in which Cut Man is fought. The stage takes place outside of a certain building with satellites and "Rolling Cutters" everywhere.
In M.U.G.E.N, Cut Man's Stage has been made once by Eternaga. This stage is basically Cut Man's stage from Mega Man: The Power Battle.
