Dr. Wily's Base is Mega Man's Marvel vs. Capcom-esque home stage based on the Mega Man franchise. It is based on the Wily Castles that Dr. Wily own. In the background, you can see Dr. Wily ordering his servants around, piles of Metool Potton, Mad Grinder on top of the base (can be seen while using a "Super Jump"), a group of Baccones, and a Dark Man 1 that appears to be carrying a punctured cement bag.
In M.U.G.E.N, Dr. Wily's Base has been made once by EXShadow.
