Dr. Wily's Floating Skull Fortress is a variant of Dr. Wily's Castle, though it's not canon to the storyline. It features one of Dr. Wily's Castles floating in the air in the background while the combatants fight in one of Dr. Wily's dropships.
In M.U.G.E.N, Dr. Wily's Flying Fortress has been made once by davismaximus. A M.U.G.E.N 1.1 version is included in the download.
