Origin

Pokémon

Eevee is a Normal-type Pokémon from the Pokémon series. It is best known for its ability to evolve into one of eight different Pokémon, commonly referred to as the Eeveelutions, with the possible evolutions being Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon, Glaceon and Sylveon. It appears at #133 in both the Kanto and National Pokédexes.

The abnormal genetic structure of Eevee allows it to adapt to any environment more easily than most other Pokémon. According to early Pokédex entries, there are very few Eevees found in the wild, and they are more commonly seen around cities and towns. This appears to change in future generations, where there is usually a single area in the region where trainers can encounter wild Eevees.

In M.U.G.E.N, Eevee has been created by Charlotte the Jigglypuff, Nightdemon66613, and YochiThMaster333. All three versions use custom sprites by JoshR691, taken from The Spriters Resource.

Charlotte the Jigglypuff's version[]

CharlotteEeveeIdle

An otherwise weak Pokémon somehow finds a way to be incredibly annoying to both fight and play as. Its moves are strictly based on attacks from the Pokémon games, a lot of which are Tackle-like moves that make it fly all over the battlefield, or could even do recoil damage. Most of its Normal attacks function more like Specials, which somewhat makes up for its shortage of actual ones.
