Elec Man's Stage is Elec Man's home stage in Mega Man 2: The Power Fighters. As you can see there is a city in the background in blue fog. Similar to the dark blue background in Elec Man's stage from Mega Man 1. You're fighting on a gear that appears to have a letter "W" in the center, referring to Dr. Wily.
In M.U.G.E.N, Elec Man's Stage has been made once by Caddie. In his website you can choose either two of the background music. The normal one, or the NES version.
