Instead of being a usually friendly monster, Elmo has apparently gone berserk and has learned about some bad stuff, such as profanity, firearm usage and murder. While most of the attacks of this monster seems normal, his two Hypers, which are curiously classified as Normals, are deadly, and are likely to get the opponent into loss.
Elmo is a seven-buttoned character, with and used for his Normals and Ⓢ for his Hypers. Elmo cannot chain combo any of his attacks, but however he can circumvent around this with his Hypers, which are able to deal a big amount of damage to his opponent.
Elmo has no Specials but is perhaps known for his Hypers, which are known to be overpowered. His Hypers include his Ⓢ Hyper that costs 1000 Power, which is able to deal almost half the opponent's HP. His other Hyper, which can be activated via the same command as the other Hyper, but also holding down , is a OHKO costing 3000 Power. The Ⓢ Hyper is perhaps the most infamous out of any of his moves, as the Hyper is an easy infinite, which the A.I. is known to do.
Elmo's A.I. goes from attacking casually while trying its best to block any attack, to immediately spamming the Ⓢ Hyper while also using Ⓩ to charge up power, making fights with him either very hard to go against (unless a cheap character is used) or rather tedious.
