This version made for SeanAltly's Capcom vs. The World game comes with original sprites and moves based on the 1993 Super Mario Bros. movie, including his fireball gun, bombs, and the ability to throw his trusty plumber tools at his foes.
Mario Mario is a six-button character who shares the same control schemes as other characters from SeanAltly's Capcom vs. The World. He uses Ⓐ and Ⓑ for kicks, Ⓧ and Ⓨ for punches, Ⓒ for grabs, and Ⓩ for his Ba-Bomb move and all his Hypers.
Mario has a rather straightforward moveset, with an overhead and a down-hitting command attacks and only five special moves. His Fireball Gun and Ba-Bomb are great tools to pressure opponents at a distance, with Tool Time arcing projectile allowing him to hit opponents that try to avoid them by jumping. While the Ba-Bomb is easy to avoid as it takes several seconds to explode when near its target, it lasts for a long time on the ground and can easily catch an opponent attacking Mario off guard. His Big Water Damage is especially useful for this plan, as it comes fast, has startup invulnerability, covers a large area above Mario, and can't be blocked by airborne opponents.
Mario Mario's A.I. makes heavy use of his various projectiles to keep pressure at a distance, especially the EX version of Fireball Gun, then try to use Tool Time and Thwomp Stomper to punish incoming approaches. As it is very aggressive with EX moves, it rarely uses Hypers.
