Papulatus Clock is functionally a two-button character, using 
and 
. They are unable to crouch, run, jump or block.
Papulatus Clock is an extremely basic character owing to it being an unfinished beta, with only two moves to use. The first, activated with , is a melee attack that's 
and knocks opponents back quickly upon contact, while still dealing a lot of damage. The other, activated with , summons three lightning bolts in front of Papulatus Clock. Although these lightning bolts don't deal as much damage, they're also and take up a very large portion of the screen.
Being intended as a boss, Papulatus also posesses Super Armor and cannot be thrown. Combined with their high 300 Defence stat, this makes Papulatus Clock take quite a while to K.O. in a fight.
Although commands for it are present in the character's .cmd file, Papulatus Clock does not have a custom A.I., meaning it uses M.U.G.E.N's built-in AI. Because of their tiny move pool and comparatively large number of AI commands, Papulatus Clock will attack very infrequently.
