Fluttershy is a female Pegasus and one of the main characters of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. She lives in a small cottage near The Everfree Forest and is an animal caretaker, the most prominent of her charges being Angel Bunny. She represents the Element of Kindness.

1055273004's Fluttershy is a spriteswap of Butthenidied's Rainbow Dash. Like Butthenidied's Rainbow Dash, she doesn't have any Specials, but she does have two Hypers that cause major damage, usually resulting in an unfair one hit knockout if not guarded against.

- Unlike his other MLP creations, HedgehogMac's Fluttershy does not feature heavy inspiration by any character from Street Fighter, and instead features various other references, such as having a Melty Blood-style parry dodge, the ability to spam Nyan Cat projectiles, and can even summon TF2's Heavy Weapons Guy for a counter move.
