Histoire is a character from the Hyperdimension Neptunia series and the personified form of the tome that contains the history of Gamindustri on which she sits, with her task being recording the history of Gamindustri in her pages.
Throughout the series, there are multiple different universes and dimensions, and as a result, there are multiple incarnations of Histoire in the series, though her role remains mostly the same. Histoire was created by Arfoire, the original goddess of Gamindustri, who attempted to use her powers from evil but was stopped by the four legendary heroes of Gamindustri, and she separated part of her power from herself, leading to the creation of Histoire, and Arfoire and Histoire created the four CPUs together to rule over Gamindustri.
In M.U.G.E.N, Histoire has been made by Dark Ruler, based on her Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2 incarnation and using her 3D model from said game.
