Saiki is the main antagonist and sub-boss of The King of Fighters XIII. He is the leader of Those From the Past, a mysterious organization that aims to use Orochi's power for their Master. He also is an ancestor of Ash Crimson.
Though his boss form is unplayable, SNK has created his normal form and was included as a DLC character in the console versions.
In M.U.G.E.N, Saiki has been made by Werewood & BoyzBoyz and or2=3.
Gameplay[]
Think of Human Saiki as both the "motion special" counterpart to Ash Crimson's "charge special" character, as well as a balanced version of the boss that he is. This character is built from the ground up as a zoner who can keep his opponents exactly where he wants them. With a nasty projectile, great advancing teleports, a combo-friendly moveset and a devastating Neo Max screen filler for capping off his regular supers, Saiki retains the power of his boss form in a more balanced and yet competition-friendly moveset.
Or2=3 has added a boss mode to this Saiki. Palettes 7-12 will activate it, which return him his boss form's notorious specials.
As a KoF XIII character, Human Saiki is able to use EX Specials and Hyperdrive Mode. All his specials, apart from his teleport, as well as his super grab are EX-able for 1 (additional) stock.
