This is the stage in which you fight Ice Man. Although it doesn't stay true to the original design in the Nintendo Entertainment System, it's still considered as Ice Man's Stage since there are Roll and Ice Man snow figures in the far right of the stage.
In M.U.G.E.N, Ice Man's Stage has been made by Eternaga. There is also a "Night Version" of this stage, but it doesn't have the same quality of the original version.
