This character may not seem like much at first glance, but fighting against it may be more of a challenge than it lets on. With its infinites and generally large damage outputs, this Incineroar will have some issues finding a worthy opponent.
Incineroar is a six-button character that uses for punches and for kicks. It's also unable to run. This version uses the Team Faust Games Arena Fighters template as a base. It suffers from a bare-bones moveset of only 2 Specials and 1 Hyper (all of which are incorrectly labeled as Normals).
Despite being portrayed as a grappler or a wrestler in the games it's featured in, Incineroar functions more like a zoner; Projectile Shoot Low, Projectile Shoot Medium, and Projectile Shoot Hard (all of which are the same move, just with different projectile speeds) are all fireball throw moves that can be used very quickly with little end lag. This move alone eliminates the issue of Incineroar being unable to run, as you can zone out the opponent with only projectiles, and easily win. They can chain themselves into one another, thus creating an infinite. On top of this, Incineroar's Normals and Specials are all frame 1, making them unblockable when close to the opponent. The attacks themselves also have higher-than-average damage. Incineroar also doesn't have any drawbacks to go by (outside the aforementioned lack of a run), making it a cheap character to fight against all around.
While it may have a huge advantage against players, Incineroar has no custom A.I., so it uses the engine's default, which will make the character jump around and attack at random. There's still some difficulty to this though because of the damage Incineroar can dish out in a quick amount of time.
