Kazmer13 is a creator known for his Mortal Kombat M.U.G.E.N characters, as well as the co-creator of the original fighter, Twisted Fate. His characters are generally considered cheap, and usually not received positively in the M.U.G.E.N public. Unlike most Mortal Kombat MUGEN characters, these characters are not scaled down, and are presented at full-scale, so they're generally taller than most normal M.U.G.E.N characters.
