Akin to most of S.Nara's other characters, this take on Luigi is quite literally based on his appearance in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, sourcing its limited pool of graphics from screenshots of the game. Counter to Brawl's slower movement and aversion to combos, Luigi has no issue zipping across the screen and sports a number of infinites that can be executed by repeating the same attacks on loop.
Luigi is a six-button character that plays like a two-button character, only using the Ⓧ and Ⓐ buttons for attacks, with the remaining four putting him into the first frame of his standing animation for a split second and giving him Power, linking to unused moves. Some of Luigi's Normals cause him to move in a certain direction and are multi-hit moves. Additionally, his Normals make him invincible when the attacking frames came out, allowing Luigi to avoid any attack easily, especially with his aerial Normals due to them being frame 1 moves and thus making Luigi invincible for their entire duration.
Luigi's main strength are corner infinites; he has a lot of attacks that can put his opponents into an infinite state very easily, especially his crouching Ⓧ, his aerial Normals, as well as Luigi Tornado. These moves give the opponent no time to recover from these moves, allowing Luigi to abuse them to easily K.O. his opponents quickly. As mentioned before, Luigi's aerial Normals, as well as Luigi Tornado and Luigi Combo are frame 1 moves, making them unblockable when close to the opponent, not to mention that they make him invincible during their duration. As a result, Luigi can be classed as a cheap character.
Luigi only has one Special, which is Fireball, where Luigi fires three projectiles, each one having a varied velocity and damage output. It can be also spammed easily, but not to the point of it becoming another corner infinite. However, Luigi also has two more moves that were likely intended to be a Special and a Hyper, respectively, but are misattributed as Normals. These are Luigi Tornado and Luigi Combo, which Luigi Tornado sees Luigi turning into a wave that hits the opponent 9 times, while Luigi Combo is a move that is a stronger version of Luigi Tornado, where Luigi hits the opponent 21 times, though the move needs to be done close to the opponent or it will whiff. However, this is countered by the move's Power usage; while Luigi Combo uses 3000 Power, it doesn't require any Power at all, making it arguably Luigi's strongest move.
Luigi uses the default A.I., forcing him to commonly jump around the stage and randomly attack. While Luigi does have his corner infinites, the default A.I. doesn't prefer to use them, making Luigi rather easy to fight.
