Makoto Mizoguchi is a character from the Fighter's History series by Data East. Mizoguchi is a slacker, who dropped from school to look for fights. He was eventually spotted by the mafia, working for them for some time. He got sick of it, though, so now he spends his time looking for fights and entering tournaments, while trying to get away from the mob.

Mizoguchi first appeared in the Fighter's History series (even getting his own game for the SNES). After SNK bought the rights to Fighter's History characters, Mizoguchi appeared as a special guest fighter on The King of Fighters: Maximum Impact Regulation A.

In M.U.G.E.N, he was made made four times, by Tokinokuni-Kei, 119way, and Kamekaze, with a joke variant made by Ahuron.

Tokinokuni-Kei's version

This version is a direct conversion of his Fighter's History Dynamite appearance, being somewhat accurate to the original game. Though a 4 button character, the remaining 2 buttons are used to perform two special moves (which originally required to press all 4 buttons in the original game). He also has got a chargeable super move which deals more damage the longer the button is held, but leaving him vulnerable while charging.

119way's version

This is a custom version, based largely on Mizoguchi's appearance in The King of Fighters: Maximum Impact Regulation A. This character contains one flaw, in that he has a rather strange variation of the cloning glitch. A clone of Mizoguchi is generated as soon as the round starts, it stands still until the fight is finished and can be attacked.
