Napalm Man is one of the eight Robot Masters from Mega Man 5, and he also appeared in Mega Man: The Power Battle and Mega Man 2: The Power Fighters as well as several other Mega Man games.
Napalm Man was created by Dr. Wily to protect his secret weapons factory, located in a jungle, and he is a weapons enthusiast equipped with explosive weapons all over his body, having Napalm Bomb launchers in his arms, a large missile launcher on his head and six smaller missile launchers on his shoulders, as well as tank treads on his feet. He spends his spare time collecting weapons, and he is very loyal, intelligent and diplomatic.
In M.U.G.E.N, Napalm Man has been made by dxwho, shimon and Basara-kun, with dxwho's version using Napalm Man's sprites from Mega Man 5 but deviating from the source and having several odd moves, while both shimon and Basara-kun's versions are based on Mega Man 2: The Power Fighters, though the latter is an April Fools character with Donald Trump's voice.
Shimon's version[]
This version is based on Mega Man 2: The Power Fighters, though he is incomplete and has a few missing attacks and animations, as well as several oddities. His incredibily limited moveset that consists of a grand total of two different moves, fairly slow and weak attacks, a slow movement speed and awkward jumping velocities make for a sloppy character.
Basara-kun's version[]
On the surface, this may seem to be just a simple conversion from Mega Man 2: The Power Fighters, but in fact, it has voice clips from Donald Trump, which isn't surprising given that this character was released on April Fools 2016. Like the source game, he doesn't quite play like a standard fighting game character and has a limited moveset, and while he may use the sprites from said game, his moves behave differently.
