This edit alters very little of the original Newbie other than adding a standing knockdown attack and a crouching knockdown attack, in addition to adding cheap modes and palettes, as well as changing the victory quotes and Power stat; the cheap modes activate against certain characters, such as the lightning/thunder mode against any opponent named "Donald".
