Omega Tiger Woods (commonly abbreviated to OTW) is an original character that's visually comprised of a photoshopped image of Tiger Woods' head with his mouth morphed to look like the Nike logo, mounted atop a crudely drawn and oddly proportioned cartoon-like body. According to what little backstory is given about the character, Omega Tiger Woods is supposedly a secret weapon created by Rox Howard (not to be confused with Rock Howard from The King of Fighters) with the codename "Entity.Monster.WeirdHuman.TigerWoods", its given nationality being one of Rox's labs in the fictional nation of Vaseline, which is stated to be somewhere near Ukraine.
In M.U.G.E.N, Omega Tiger Woods was first created by The None under his former alias of Most_Mysterious, and has been edited and remade by various creators since.

Back in the day, many would've considered Omega Tiger Woods to one of the cheapest characters around, and although times have changed and it doesn't quite compare to other cheap characters anymore, this overpowered titan of a professional golfer has still gotta kick some ass.
