People always keep telling themselves that nobody likes "Wotter", but this character could change that. It may have lower than average stats in almost all areas, but what it lacks in strength and defense, it makes up for it with heavy comboability and a tough A.I.
Oshawott uses a six button layout, as well as Infinity Mugen Team's infamous Eternity of Heroes template. As a result it may have some bugs, but also has high comboability, much like most other characters that use the template.
Oshawott relies on this combability in order to defeat its opponent, as it has a low Attack Stat, and most of its Attacks do very low damage. In addition, Oshawott has lower Defense and Health, making it easier to knock out quicker. Another counterbalancing factor Oshawott has is that most of its Specials and Hypers have rather profound range.
Much like FelixMario2011's other characters, Oshawott has aggressive A.I that tends to rack up heavy combos. However, many of its flaws can be exploited rather easily, such as its low defensive ratings.
