Blastoise is a prominently bulky yet somewhat powerful member of the Project Catch 'Em All cast, sporting both offensive and defensive attacks, as well as contact and projectile attacks. As a Water-type, Blastoise is strong against the Fire-, Ground- and Rock-type Pokémon, but weak against the Grass- and Electric-type characters. Blastoise is slow, however, meaning while his attacks may pack a punch, there's typically a long gap before he can use another.
