Rigby is one of the main characters from the Cartoon Network animated series Regular Show. He is a 23-year-old raccoon who works at the park as a groundskeeper.
Rigby is immature and arrogant, getting annoyed easily and generally acting rather childish. Possibly owing to his raccoon nature, he is also pretty fast and athletic, however his physical strength is pitifully weak. Rigby shares a room with fellow park employee Mordecai; the two share a brother-like synergy with eachother, and tend to unintentionally cause mischief while trying to accomplish mundane tasks.
In M.U.G.E.N, Rigby has been made by various authors.

As is the case with the creator's other characters, this Rigby is very basic, with a projectile that can be an OHKO if spammed as an infinite, and moves that may seem familiar.
