Ryuhaku Todo (often simply called Todo) is a character from Art of Fighting. Todo was the master of the Todo style karate, having a rivalry with Takuma Sakazaki, who was the master of the Kyokugenryu style karate. Takuma's son Ryo Sakazaki busted on his dojo and challenged Todo over information on the whereabouts of his sister Yuri Sakazaki, who had been kidnapped. Todo was easily defeated and humiliated, so he disappeared without leaving a trace. His daughter Kasumi Todo decides to look for him, expecting to recover her family's honor. Unknown to her, Ryuhaku is watching her progress closely and cheering for her.

In M.U.G.E.N, Ryuhaku Todo was made by Fred and Warusaki3.

Fred's version

This character is based off of Todo's appearance in Art Of Fighting, so it's very weak. Being only capable of one Special move, chances are this character isn't going to win too many fights.
