Steve is the name commonly given to one of the default player skins in Minecraft. The skin itself is a dark-skinned man with brown hair and a beard (often mistaken for a smile) that is wearing a cyan shirt and blue pants. Steve, along with several other skins, appear as playable characters in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
Steve is capable of using a wide variety of tools to manipulate the environment in order to harvest resources and use them to build structures, create new tools, or otherwise aid himself. Because of the sandbox nature of the game, Steve does not have much of a defined story or personality.
In M.U.G.E.N, Steve has been made by various authors.
Knowe386's version[]
Made during Minecraft's rise to popularity, Steve's Marvel vs. Capcom-styled moveset consists of strong Specials that can't be linked with each other due to being delayed, but has Hypers that are surprisingly strong, and many missing hitboxes.
Ivan Luiz's version

This version of the cubic crafter doesn't have a whole lot to offer, as he can only use Normal attacks with no Specials or Hypers to speak of whatsoever. He can also suspend himself in mid-air using any aerial attack, and thanks to a buggy throw, can do the same to opponents.
TheNoahGuy1's version[]
Wanting to train himself for battles within M.U.G.E.N, Steve? learned how to fight from a certain martial arts expert and can use what he learned fairly well. He doesn't bring much from his own blocky background though, and his combo game is rather limited thanks to a small move pool.
satanchu's version[]
Steve is a spriteswap of a certain polygonal plumber, and plays similarly to him despite the differing appearance. While he has buffed stats and increased damage output, some of his other aspects just aren't as cheap in comparison, with a notable lack of fullscreen attacks and some moves not working at all.
