Tinky-Winky is one of the four Teletubbies from the BBC kids show Teletubbies.
Tinky-Winky is the purple Teletubby as well as the tallest of the group. He has a triangular antenna on his head and carries a red handbag with him. Like the other Teletubbies, Tinky-Winky's vocabulary is very limited, though he has a tendency to giggle more often than the other members of the group.

While this character has custom sprites, four assists and several Hypers with references to The Matrix and Slendytubbies, he's plagued with several issues, like two infinites, odd power requirements, and the ability to summon multiple assists at the same time without using any Power. "Eh, oh" indeed.
