Wario Colosseum is one of the 16 courses present in Mario Kart: Double Dash!! for the Nintendo GameCube, featured as the first course of the unlockable Special Cup. It is the biggest course in the game, lasting only 2 laps long, and has many areas where racers could possibly fall off the track.
In M.U.G.E.N, Wario Colosseum has been created by Luneth. It replicates the version from Double Dash!!, using the 3D models and textures from said game, albeit in the form of sprites.

Luneth's Wario Colosseum uses 3D models of the titular course taken directly from Mario Kart: Double Dash, albeit converted into 2D sprites to work with the M.U.G.E.N engine; unfortunately, much of this cannot be seen properly in M.U.G.E.N 1.0 and above due to the stage employing an irregular localcoord which pushes everything downwards, requiring the localcoord to be adjusted either manually or via the 640x480 patch to remedy this issue. Wario Colosseum has a multitude of animated elements that serve to enhance the stage's appearance, with the most immediate being the confetti shower that rains down from the sky at the start of the match, which is accompanied by small white explosions that are scattered throughout the near foreground; other animated elements include the rainbow coloured dash panels that are prominent throughout the course and the skyward-pointed searchlights that sway back and forth, though the latter can only be viewed by using a character with enough jumping prowess to push the stage's camera up far enough to see them. The stage offers plenty of room to move around in as a result of having both expansive horizontal boundaries and a reasonably tall ceiling, with the latter giving just about enough height for characters with flight mechanics to engage in mid-air combat scenarios.
