Wigglytuff is a Normal/Fairy-type Pokémon from the Pokémon series. It is the final evolution of Igglybuff, and appears at #040 in both the Kanto and National Pokédexes.
Wigglytuff slightly resembles a rabbit, having long ears akin to one. It is rubbery, and has the ability to inflate and deflate at will, much like a balloon. It also has a fine layer of fur, soft enough to prevent anybody who touches it to stop.
In M.U.G.E.N, the only version of Wigglytuff to currently exist was made by Joey Faust. Its moveset features "burping" projectiles, inhaling the opponent in a similar way to Kirby, and various slap attacks. It was made for Team Faust Games Arena Fighters and is also an edit of Fido's Guile, despite having little resemblance in gameplay to it at all.

Wigglytuff features various elements found in Joey Faust's other Team Faust Games Arena Fighters entries, including being a spriteswap of Fido's Guile. If that isn't enough, it can also inhale opponents, burp out projectiles, but can also wiggle the tuffs of others with an infinite involving one of its Normals. How do you explain that to your Mom and Dad?
